Peel, peel and wash the mushrooms, then cut into thin slices and brown in a pan without oil or salt. They step aside.

Prepare the dough: in a large bowl, mix the dry yeast with a little flour, pour the beer, then the oil, salt, spices and then the flour in the rain, as much as it contains, stirring and kneading a little, until you get a soft dough. Transfer the dough to the top sprinkled with flour and knead until a thick but elastic dough is obtained. I needed 380 g of flour for the dough, for 2 pieces of pizzas 34 cm in diameter.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces, each spread on a thin sheet and roll on the floured rolling pin to transfer it more easily into a pizza tray (which has some special holes that allow air to pass through baking). I made 2 trays.

Grease the dough with ketchup. In a bowl, put the mozzarella and the cheese on the grater, and the bellows ribbon is torn by hand, then all the cheeses are mixed and sprinkled on the pizza. Add the mushrooms and the broken fillet muscle by hand.

Bake the pizza in the hot oven, over high heat (I have a step on the pizza stove) for 15 minutes (or until browned).

Preparation time: 30 min

Baking time: 15 min

Servings: 4 (you get 2 pizzas of 34 cm)

Good appetite!

If you like my recipe, you can also find it on my blog:

Tip: Put a steaming tray below in the oven, because the steam will make the pizza top fluffy. You get the same effect if you put 2 trays of pizza in the oven: the top one will come out softer, thanks to the steam released by the pizza on the bottom shelf (in this case give up the tray with water);

Tip: I noticed that it is more efficient, and the pizza comes out tastier, if it is cooked over high heat, 15 minutes;

Tip: This time, I did not leave the dough to rise, but I immediately spread it in a thin sheet. But if you want a pizza with a high, fluffy top, you can leave the dough to rise for half an hour and spread it on a thicker sheet.

Alternative protein-carbohydrates as a way to imagine dreams

Carbohydrate protection (BUCH) is a diet, a nutrition system, a kind of drying.

In other words, one of the ways to get a slim, embossed figure. Eliminates the contradiction between adherents to a diet high in protein or low in carbohydrates. Approved by doctors.

What you didn't know about vaccines:

DTP & # 8211 Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis:

& # 8211 The medical authorities will tell you about the diphtheria epidemics of the 1920s, that they were left dead and injured, etc. What they won't tell you is that in the 1920s there were no antibiotics (penicillin launched on the market only in 1942, Mr. Fleming), that something was suspected about microbes but not very clearly, and today we know incredible details about viruses and bacteria such as the causative agent of diphtheria, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, which can be destroyed by common antibiotics such as Erythromycin or Amoxicillin

& # 8211 ask any doctor how many cases of diphtheria he has seen in the last 20 years and you will see that he has not seen a trace of diphtheria, however this does not prevent the authorities to buy hard money vaccines against diphtheria (DTP) due to corporate pressures ( corruption, abuse, manipulation, PR, marketing) and not as a result of a real epidemiological need.

& # 8211 Did you know that in Romania, NOT EVEN A CASE of diphtheria has been registered for 22 years? The statistical data are official data of the Nat Center. of Surveillance and Control of Communicable Diseases within the National Institute of Public Health in Romania in the annual reports available on the Internet. See the 2008 report [1], on page 3, first paragraph, which says about diphtheria as “in 1989 the last 5 cases were registered" and that "from 1990 until now no case of diphtheria has been confirmed in our country " .

& # 8211 Although there is no need for such a vaccine, ALL children in Romania are pressured to be vaccinated no less than 6 times (six times) with this vaccine (at 2, 4, 6, 12, 30 months and at Seven years)

& # 8211 Tetanus is caused by Clostridium tetani, a telluric bacillus (from the earth or animal feces) that infects an open wound. Then why is it performed 4 times up to a year, when infants are not a risk group for open wounds soiled with soil or animal feces?

& # 8211 today if a 10-year-old child gets stung in a rusty nail and goes to the hospital with him, they will quickly recommend an anti-tetanus. Why ? Hasn't he already had this vaccination 6 times until he was 7 years old? They will tell you that they don't matter, that they give limited immunity, etc. ! So you vaccinated him 6 times against tetanus in vain!

& # 8211 This DTP vaccine is implicated as a causative factor in Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (meaning the baby dies under one year of age and doctors do not know why). In Japan a few years ago, based on this cause, they removed the DTP from vaccines up to one year old and put it on after the age of 3, with amazing effects: the number of deaths has drastically decreased until they disappeared. suddenly the babies!

& # 8211 pertussis is "donkey cough". It is certainly not a pleasant disease, especially in infants, but it remains only that: "donkey cough" and I do not see why it would be such a national danger to vaccinate all children born in Romania 6 times against "donkey cough ”

& # 8211 is a viral disease with blood and sexual transmission (transfusions, sexual contact, etc.)

& # 8211 The hepatitis B vaccine was created in the US in the 1980s for prostitutes, homosexuals, injecting drug addicts (junkies) (these are the categories at risk for hepatitis B), but has not been successful in the market. so it began to be administered to children under one year of age, who are obviously not at risk, but are a good market, thanks to impressive parents, uninformed and with an unwavering confidence in the authorities.

& # 8211 The vaccine contains: thiomersal (a neuro-toxic mercury salt involved in the etiology of autism), aluminum hydroxide (autism, Alzheimer's), phosphates, chicken egg protein, yeast protein, bacterial residues (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Foreign DNA, all allergenic or (and) carcinogenic

& # 8211 manufacturers in the leaflet [2] recognize that these vaccines cause serious diseases such as meningitis, thrombocytopenia, anaphylactic reactions, erythema multiforme, encephalitis, encephalopathy, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, bronchospasm, seizures, thrombocytopenic purpura, Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

& # 8211 also their leaflet shows that they have not been studied for carcinogenic potential, mutagenic effects, impaired fertility, teratogenic and feto-toxic effects, moreover: the tests focus on the immediate, short-term effects, when the serious ones are on long term and those with cumulative effect

& # 8211 authorities recommend and press that this vaccine be given 4 times, of which 3 times up to 6 months (!): One day, two months and 6 months. Incredible!

& # 8211 for the prevention of hepatitis B it is sufficient to sterilize surgical instruments, disposable needles, chastity and fidelity from parents, etc.

ROR (Measles-Mumps-Rubella)

& # 8211 It is one of the most dangerous vaccines. There are serious studies that show that it can cause autism, diabetes, Guillain-Barre syndrome and other autoimmune and neurological diseases, most of them incurable:

Ø autism (F. Edward Yazbak, MD - “Autism: Is there a vaccine connection?” - FAAP, 1999 Avinoam Shuper, MD - “Suspected measles-mumps-rubella vaccine-related encephalitis” - Scandinavian Journal of Infectious Diseases, 15 Sept. 2010)

Ø diabetes (type I), pancreatitisHarris Coulter, Ph.D.— “Childhood Vaccinations and Juvenile-Onset (Type-1) Diabetes” )

Ø Guillain-Barré syndrome (Grose C, Spigland I.— “Guillain-Barré syndrome following administration of live measles vaccine” - American Journal of Medicine, 1976 Mar60 (3): 441-3)

Ø encephalitis, febrile convulsions, anaphylactic reactions, thrombocytopenic purpura, Kawasaki syndrome, erythema multiforme, arthritis, meningitis, peripheral neuritis, myelitis, bronchitis, laryngitis, conjunctivitis, otitis, anorexia, fever, vomiting, insomnia (cf. PRIORIX[3])

& # 8211 The risk of the above diseases is the price to be paid to protect a child from some harmless childhood diseases: rubella, mumps and measles.

& # 8211 If a child gets these diseases in childhood he will make natural immunity for life for them. If vaccinated with MMR, the immunity conferred is limited, maximum 9 years (cf. prospect) .

& # 8211 Knowing that vaccination is done at one year and 7 years, this means that immunity ends at 16 years. These diseases (rubella, mumps and measles) have dreaded complications at post-pubertal age such as, for example, post-mumps urlitis in men who give male infertility, or in women measles and rubella in pregnancy with terrible effects on the intrauterine child. If they are vaccinated, the immunity ends exactly when the complications of these diseases are more dangerous.

& # 8211 About ROR, Dr. Christa Todea-Gross wrote some edifying articles:

Ø The measles vaccine and the MMR trivaccine (measles-mumps-rubella) are unnecessary and the source of many chronic diseases [4]

Ø The link between autism and the MMR vaccine [5]

BCG against TB?

& # 8211 BCG vaccine is an attempt to prevent TB and contains Bacil Calmette-Guérin (BCG) live attenuated. All vaccines with live attenuated pathogens can (and even do) trigger the disease you are getting vaccinated against.

& # 8211 In Romania it is one of the oldest vaccines performed, over 90% of the population is vaccinated with BCG, however today in Romania there is an epidemic of TB, which is not talked about (you can ask the doctors of the phthisiology departments). Every year in Romania 7000 people die due to TB and its complications. The ineffectiveness of the vaccine can be seen.

& # 8211 BCG vaccination is not done in the Nordic countries, and the incidence of TB is very low. It is known (and from the literature of the XIX-XX centuries) that TB is a disease of poverty, malnutrition, against which there is no vaccine. Good living conditions, lack of stress, thermal comfort, healthy, balanced, varied nutrition, hygiene, etc. lead to the eradication of this disease, as can be seen in the Nordic countries.

& # 8211 There are two directions, two types of immunity in us: humoral immunity, through antibodies and cellular immunity, which involves the activation of immune cells such as macrophages, T lymphocytes, killer cells, etc. Vaccines, in theory, stimulate humoral immunity, the production of specific antibodies, but in the case of TB this immunity is not effective, but the cellular one is needed, and if the patient does not have immune cell resources, if he is weakened immune (even due to vaccines), if he is malnourished, or if he stays too long near a source of infection (a TB patient who coughs) and his cellular immunity is exceeded, he can get the disease (being vaccinated or not).

& # 8211 clinical forms of polio: asymptomatic, asymptomatic (90-95%), abortive poliomyelitis, minor disease without neurological symptoms (4-8%) and proper paralytic poliomyelitis (0.1-2%)

& # 8211 in Romania polio has been completely eradicated since 1996, the last cases, only 8 in number were registered in 1995 and all were with the vaccine strain, as a result of the oral vaccine (OPV)

& # 8211 although the eradicated disease, without any case from '96 to 2009 was vaccinated with OPV, live attenuated vaccine with high rate of post-vaccination infection with polio, from 2009 switched to the injectable vaccine (IPV) and he with many problems and terrible side effects

& # 8211 today although the disease has been eradicated for 16 years, every child born to us is pressured to be vaccinated against polio no less than 5 times, of which 4 vaccinations up to one year (at 2, 4, 6, 12 months and at 9 years old)

& # 8211 A 2001 US statistic shows that the incidence of post-vaccine polio is 10 times higher than that of wild-type polio

The Salk polio vaccine was thought to have stopped the polio epidemic that affected American children in the 1940s and 1950s. If so, why did the polio epidemic also stop in Europe, where the polio vaccine did not has it been used extensively?

An even more relevant question: Why is the Sabin virus vaccine still given to children when Dr. Jonas Salk shows that the Sabin strain vaccine is currently the cause of most cases of polio in children? Continuing forced vaccination of children with this vaccine is an irrational medical practice that confirms my view that physicians consistently repeat mistakes.

The situation is similar to the stubbornness of the medical world to give up smallpox vaccination 3 decades (!) after the disappearance of the disease, when the vaccine had remained the only source of contamination and death from smallpox.

This fact is Incredible: tFor 30 years, children have died from the smallpox vaccine, although they are no longer threatened by natural disease.

medical for preventive, therapeutic or rehabilitation diagnosis. & # 8221
thus including vaccination.
Law no. 95/2006 on health care reform does not stipulate the obligation to be
vaccinated. Articles 374 and 376 require the doctor to act in accordance with the will
the patient, and art. 649 provides for the written consent of the patient for diagnosis and
treatment with potential risk (however, the term is not defined). Also,
art. 651 stipulates that the medical act can be done in the absence of consent
informed only in emergency situations where the lack of immediate action would put in
danger to the patient's life.

The analysis of this text of the law clearly shows that vaccination is not
mandatory, because the term “recommended” is used. For doctors
family there is the professional obligation to vaccinate correctly and to report certain
diseases as well as the situation of vaccinations (a single vaccination book is kept per person and
the family doctor makes such reports), but this does not result in any way
any obligation for parents / children to be vaccinated.

That parental consent to vaccinate children is important
emphasizes in the article “Particularities and ethical dilemmas of consent
informed in pediatric oncology ”, published by the Romanian Journal of Bioethics18.
& # 8222The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) argued that & # 8216
Doctrine & # 8217 of Informed Consent has a particular applicability in
pediatrics. Consequently, according to the GPA, consent can only be given by
to the patient & # 8216 with adequate decision-making capacity and with legal authority & # 8217.
Parents (or other legal partners) may give informed consent,
and the child is asked to give informed consent whenever necessary. AAP
notes that the requested agreement is more relevant when the proposed intervention does not

substantial & # 8217. & # 8221
Federation of Romanian Orthodox Pro-Life Organizations - Yearbook 2010
This article also cites rules of bioethics that not all have a
explicit legal value. However, the principle is the same & # 8211 the minor cannot give
only consent to treatment, the legal representative being the one called to shake
give on behalf of the child.
Parents can complete the attached declaration form (see last page) on
to submit it to the secretariat of the institution, insisting on a confirmation of
upon receipt (a registration number). That should be enough.
If the above method does not work, parents can try the following:
1 To communicate to the doctors and the director of the unit that the non-observance of their will
will lead to a civil lawsuit, respectively to a criminal complaint and / or to the College of Physicians, as the case may be
2 All vaccination campaigns must have an application procedure
established by a prior order of the Minister of Health. (For example, the campaign
since 2010 for influenza vaccination with the vaccine "Cantgrip & # 8221 was performed
according to WHO no. 3280 / 24.02.2010.) Parents to ask the school o
copy of the respective order to study it
3 To request from the local DSP (Public Health Directorate) an address from which to
it turns out that vaccination is not mandatory and to present it to his doctor
4 Ask the principal or physician to acknowledge in writing that
the vaccination procedure is ineffective (refusal to receive an unvaccinated child
in a community of vaccinated means, implicitly, that vaccines have no effect).
In the extreme case when the child is not accepted to enroll in
school / kindergarten / nursery on the grounds that he is not vaccinated,
5 To request the written decision of the management of the unit, accompanied by the motivation in fact and
of legal grounds
6 Contact a law firm for advice or services
7 To address with complaint the National Council for Combating
Discrimination on the grounds that the child's right to education is violated.

This diet distinguishes between protein foods and carbohydrates, allows the use of several types of food on different days.

The fact is that the human body is intelligently arranged and does not agree to melt the reserves of fat accumulated at the first request of its owner. First of all, all carbohydrates are used.

When the glycogen drains, it starts to burn, not the fat cells, but the muscle cells. Therefore, many diets affect the destructive body.

The mass may have disappeared, but not that & # 8211 valuable muscle tissue was destroyed. The man feels slow and painful.

When it is already impossible to draw energy from the muscles, the body begins to throw fat cells into the outbreak.

  1. cyclic recurrence. Described diet & # 8211 cyclic type. A cycle consists of four days: two days you have to eat protein foods, one & # 8211 carbohydrates, and on the fourth day you can afford the foods of both days. Consequently, the diet lasts 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 or 28 days. Then nutritionists advise to take breaks for a short time: the body gets used to such a food system and stops burning those extra pounds.
  2. Cheating the body for the benefit of the case. At the beginning of the cycle, it is proposed to focus on protein-based foods for two days and to limit the consumption of carbohydrate-based foods as much as possible. So the body is storing protein, but will feel the lack of fuel and will start looking for alternative sources of nutrition. In order for the body not to enter in an extremely urgent way and not to protect the fat reserves, but to drown them, there is a day with carbohydrates. The body starts to burn fat and use a little carbohydrate. Mixed day allows you to lose weight through inertia and make a smooth transition to the next cycle
  3. Food has varied, but in limited quantities. Despite a loyal list of products allowed for a full cycle of four, we should not forget the need to count daily calories. Thus, for women, the optimal amount is 1200 calories per day, for men & # 8211 1400
  4. Compliance with the laws on adequate nutrition. The essence of protein-carbohydrate alternation is close to the principles of proper nutrition. Healthy food, cooking without adding oil, limiting sugar and unhealthy carbohydrates & # 8211 all this helps not only to normalize weight, but also to improve health.
