How to make turmeric risotto
With disposable gloves clean the turmeric, if you don't know how to do it, follow the guide.
Then cut it into small pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan with the chopped onion and then add the turmeric.
Put some broth and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Now add the rice, toast it for a few minutes and blend it with the wine.
Continue cooking by adding a little broth at a time and stirring.
When the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and add the butter, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Stir to blend the ingredients well.
Your turmeric risotto is ready to be brought to the table.
