How to make bruschetta with stracchino and mortadella
Cut the bread into slices and toast them on a hot grill pan.
Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients: mortadella, stracchino and pistachios.
Stuff the toasted bread, half a slice with mortadella and half with cheese.
Put in a preheated oven at high temperature with grill for 5 minutes, then garnish with the coarsely chopped pistachios.
