How to make harissa burgers with hasselback potatoes

Let's start by preparing the hasselback potatoes.
Wash and dry the potatoes, then, with a smooth blade, cut very thin slices in the potatoes, horizontally, without affecting the base (leave about 1 cm intact).

Prepare a mixture with aromatic herbs and chilli and add it to the cheese.
Slowly, fill the spaces between the potato slices with this flavored Parmesan.

Arrange the potatoes in a pan greased with a little oil, sprinkle the potatoes with a little oil and cook for about 1 hour in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C.

In the meantime, prepare the burgers: for this operation, given the spiciness of the harissa, I recommend that you wear disposable gloves.
Put the ground beef in a large bowl, add harissa sauce, salt and pepper and mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, then flatten it with your hands and finish forming the burgers with the help of a pastry ring (I used the 8 cm one).

Cook the burgers with a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan, about 5 minutes per side (but it depends on the thickness you have obtained and the degree of cooking you like).

Once ready, place your harissa burgers with hasselback potatoes on plates and serve immediately.
