Breaded zucchini with garlic sauce

Method of preparation: Wash the zucchini well, if you want you can peel it, if you can't leave it with the peel. Slice into slices of about 1 cm, which we will salt on both sides. After they are salted, all the washers are put in a drained sieve. The zucchini usually leave their juice. Beat the eggs as for the omelet, put the flour in one bowl and the breadcrumbs in another bowl. If you want in the egg composition you can add other spices or finely chopped greens.

Heat oil in a pan, the oil must be abundant so that the washers can float in it. Pass each round of zucchini through flour, then through egg and finally through breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil. Fry the slices on both sides until they become crispy and take on a beautiful golden color, then take them out on a plate or bowl in which an absorbent paper napkin was later placed.

For the sauce clean the garlic, put it on the small grater or grind it, according to everyone's preference, then mix it with sour cream, salt and pepper and mix well. Pumpkin slices can be served plain or with this sauce.

Pumpkin bread with garlic sauce from: pumpkin, eggs, flour, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.

Ingredient:

  • 3 large pumpkins
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 ml oil
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it into small pieces. Roll the zucchini slices in flour. Beat eggs with salt and pepper and put the zucchini in the composition. Take them out one by one, drain the excess egg and fry them in hot oil.

Remove the zucchini in a sieve to remove excess oil. Then prepare the garlic sauce. Peel the garlic and grind it, add a pinch of salt, put a tablespoon of oil and rub with a wooden spoon, until it gets the consistency of a sauce.

After it has acquired the consistency of the sauce, add a teaspoon of vinegar and rub until incorporated. The role of vinegar is to help the sauce not to cut, it gives a special taste and whitens the sauce.

Gradually add the oil and the rest of the vinegar, continuing to rub until it increases in volume several times. Serve the breaded zucchini with the garlic sauce.

What do you need? 3 large pumpkins, 2 eggs, 100 g flour, 1 clove garlic, 200 ml oil, 2 teaspoons vinegar, salt, pepper.
