A large 5 kg pike failed in my kitchen. It contained 980 grams of caviar. I divided it into three. The first portion, the bigger one, I prepared fresh on the tray. My husband always takes care of the cleaning, I always take care of the preparation. We serve good fish both or with guests. Fair isn't it?
- 1.5 kg slices of fresh pike
- 100 gr butter
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 1 glass of white wine half-sec / sec
- 2 sliced onions fish

- 1 sprig of green thyme
- 1 link green parsley
- 1 sliced lemon

RECIPE PREPARATION Peach with grapes:

The original recipe provided for a grape sauce. Add more wine - 500 ml. At the end of baking there was more liquid left. This together with the vegetables were blended and starch and half of the grapes were added.
