Wheat:

Eggs are separated, the whites are beaten hard. Mix the yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and water and beat with the mixer until it doubles in volume. It is ideal to beat until the sugar melts. Over the beaten yolks add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix with the mixer, the composition is quite volatile but will become fluffy from the egg whites. Set the mixer aside and add the beaten egg whites, stirring with the spoon from the bottom up. Pour the composition into a rectangular tray lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven. Bake the top until it passes the toothpick test.

Cream: Put the gelatin in a cup of compote juice, swell for at least 10 minutes. Separate eggs. The yolks are mixed with sugar, flour, vanilla, grated lemon peel and milk. Put the cream to boil and mix continuously, until the cream thickens and has the consistency of a cream. When the cream is cooked, add gelatin, then the beaten egg whites, mix and put in the fridge. Stir occasionally so as not to thicken at all, just to cool. When cold enough, mix with whipped cream.

Assembly: First (so as not to have surprises that we don't have enough cream) we prepare the ball. We moisten a food foil and line a bowl with the foil. We soak the biscuits in the compote syrup and line the walls of the bowl with them. Pour the cream, put the fruit and the cream again and the last layer will be biscuits. We put the bowl in the fridge and take care of the football field. :) The tray in which I baked the top is lined with foil, we put the first top, we syrup a little with compote syrup, we put the cream and the fruits and the second top. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours. I left them overnight.

The next day we turn the countertop on a tray. In the middle where we put the ball, grease it with a little whipped cream, then place the ball. We decorate the ball first. Now, to be honest, deometry has never been my strong point, as a result the pentagon and the hexagons didn't come out like a book. We draw the gates and the line in the middle of the field with white cream, we decorate the edge with white cream and then with green cream we make the grass on the field. It would have been even better if I had worked harder, but time as usual is my enemy.
