Ingredients

It took:

  • 200 ml of warm water
  • 1/2 cube fresh yeast
  • 5 gr. granulated sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 20 gr. poppy seeds
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 350 gr. freshly sifted white flour

Topping:

  • about 500 gr. mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 200 gr. grated cheese
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • finely chopped celery leaf

Method of preparation

We clean the mushrooms and wash them in two or three waters.

Slice the mushrooms, season them with salt and pepper to taste, then heat them in 3 tablespoons of oil until the water drops.

Let the mushrooms cool.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

We mix the yeast with the salt and the oana sugar becomes liquid.

Add warm water, poppy seeds. flour and knead.

From time to time we drizzle olive oil until the dough comes off our hands.

Grease a pan with oil, sprinkle plenty of sesame seeds in the pan.

Spread the dough in the pan over the sesame seeds.

Place the fried mushrooms on top of the dough, then sprinkle with grated cheese, sesame seeds and the freshly chopped celery leaf.

Put the tray in the oven for 35 minutes, using the ventilation, let it bake until it turns golden.

Remove the focaccia from the oven, leave it to cool and serve.
