We soak the bread slices in cold water for 5 '. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them. 3.Add the oatmeal composition to the bowl with the minced meat. Mix very well.

4. Shape the meatballs with wet hands, giving them the shape you like.

5. Roll each meatball through flour combined with starch (if you want, you can only use flour).

6.Put the meatballs on a frying pan with hot oil. Fry them over medium heat, on both sides, until golden brown.

7. Serve them with great pleasure!

French chicken breast meatballs

Easy and quick to prepare, these meatballs are very tasty and creamy.

To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cloves of garlic given through the press
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3-4 tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1-2 sprigs of green onions.

The chicken breast is washed and swabbed with an absorbent paper towel until it is completely dry, then chopped into cubes as small as possible.

Season with salt and pepper, then mix with garlic, finely chopped green onions, sour cream and beaten eggs.

Add the flour and mix well so that no lumps form. The composition is semi-liquid, but it must be so.

Put a little oil in a hot non-stick pan, then take a spoonful of the prepared composition and pour it into the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown, then remove the meatballs on paper towels.

Serve hot, along with a seasonal salad or a garnish of your choice.


Chicken breast with cream sauce

Ingredients

2 teaspoons granulated garlic

2 teaspoons chilli powder

2 teaspoons granulated onions

450 g boneless chicken breast

250 g cooking cream

Method of preparation

Mix the granulated garlic, chilli powder, granulated onion and pepper. The chicken breast is cut into strips and passed through this mixture.

Melt two tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Put the chicken breast strips. Allow to brown for 4-5 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.

Leave the pan on the fire and add the cream. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the butter and mix until it melts. Put back the chicken breast pieces and season with salt.
